As I was dancing yesterday in praise, I realized I didn’t break down how to use your 15/ 30 min you have set aside for this challenge, so this is a quick break down:
15 min/ 30 min
10min/20min: Listen. sing along and dance to the spiritual song attached to the daily mails.
5min/ 10min: Read the scripture (mediate) and pray.
what an awesome time spent already!
Today, as you praise God there will be a new wave of joy, don’t try to explain it away just enjoy it because in the presence of God there is fullness of joy, and this joy isn’t about what we have or don’t, it is simply the presence coming alive to us.

Prayer: Holy Spirit, immerse me in Your thoughts. I want to lose my own thoughts! I want to receive Your Higher Thoughts! Capture my mind, capture my spirit!
The spirit of God will be re-establishing covenant and promises with you. don’t neglect the promptings.
